Jazz Music, the arrangement of African and European Trends, came into light in 20th century. The southern parts of USA are pronounced as the birth place of this music genre. In the dawn of this century, this music was firstly played in Chicago. Further many other variants of this genre originated such as swing, Brazilian, acid etc.

Black community of USA has a dominant effect on Jazz music and its music history revolves around this community. These people play their own music as their traditional chants. After some times, some of them learned to play banjo, tambourine and violin etc. After the liberation of USA, the old laws were still in effect and thus these people did not have sufficient rights for employment and other opportunities. Thus naturally, they accepted music for their survival and this music transformed as Jazz in the span of time.
This genus gained rapid popularity and in 1913 it was firstly recorded by an orchestra named Society. The first jazz arrangement was published under the title of Jelly Roll Blues in 1915. Further, in 1922 the legendary blues singer, Bessie Smith, brought her first release. Louis Armstrong made many more inventions in Jazz genus and became Jazz’s featured persona.
Swing subgenre is known as the most popular dance version and played with the help of printed collections. After swing, bebop is another famous jazz version. From its origin till now, it has gained a wider fame among the people who get pleasure from soft and light music.
